Terms of Sale
These terms apply to digital products sold by Judex François trading as Rooftop Aquaponics Mauritius in Mauritius. By purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
Product and price
The US$17.99 Lemon Squeezy checkout is for the English illustrated Manual PDF only. The separate Rs 900 complete digital package, available by contacting us on WhatsApp, includes the Manual, 18 printable PDF record templates, the same templates in editable Word format, a Read Me document and an End-User Licence Agreement. Check the chosen offer before payment. No physical product, installation service, membership or individual consultation is included.
Payment and delivery
Payment is processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. The digital files are delivered electronically after successful payment. Customers should download and store their files promptly.
Licence
A standard purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable household licence. The purchaser may keep the digital files and print one complete copy for personal household use. Copyright and ownership notices must remain intact.
Customers may not upload, share, lend, resell, sublicense, reproduce for distribution or give away the files. Schools, NGOs, companies and other organisations must obtain written permission or an appropriate institutional licence.
Educational information
The Manual provides educational guidance based on practical aquaponics experience. It does not replace professional veterinary, electrical, engineering, legal or other specialist advice. The customer remains responsible for safe decisions and for adapting information to the conditions of the installation.
Refunds
Digital-product refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version accepted at the time of purchase governs that transaction. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Mauritius, without excluding consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
