Refund Policy
The IBC Tote Aquaponics Troubleshooting Manual is a downloadable digital product. Customers obtain access to files that can be retained after delivery. For this reason, completed digital sales are normally final once the files have been made available.
When we will assist
Please contact us if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- The delivered files are defective, incomplete or cannot be opened
- You paid successfully but did not receive access to the product
- A refund or remedy is required by applicable consumer law
Requesting assistance
Contact us within 14 days of the transaction. Include your name, purchase email, order or transaction number and a short description of the problem. Do not send complete payment-card details.
Resolution
We may first replace missing or defective files or provide reasonable technical assistance with the download. When a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
