Information we receive
We may receive your name, email address, telephone number, order details, messages and information needed to provide customer support. The payment provider processes payment-card and transaction information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
If you request a copy of a fish-stocking or nutrient-dose calculation, your message may include the contact detail you enter, the calculation and your separate choice about receiving promotional messages. The calculator does not automatically send or store this request; your email or WhatsApp application must send the prepared message to us.
